We are very excited to announce that from Monday 1st November we will have a new upgraded computer system, patient portal and clinical record system called MyIndici.
Direct Communication With Healthcare Professionals
The new system will offer a much improved experience for all patients. You will benefit from all of the usual features such as: 24/7 access to make and change appointments; request repeat medication; and view test results.
The really exciting part will be all of the additional features that will provide for a much more interactive experience between you and your healthcare professionals.
- Coming soon: You will be able to login and access your records and medical notes for consultations that take place after 1st November 2021.
- Coming soon: Login and send and receive secure messages directly to the OMC practice doctors and nurses.
System Changeover
Our previous online booking platform (ConnectMed) has been retired and replaced with MyIndici.
If you previously created an online account with ConnectMed, we will do our best to transfer your information across to the new system and you will be able to login there. However please note that in some cases we may need you to re-enter some of your information.

New Patients or New Online Sign Ups
If you have never created an online account, you can easily do so from Monday 9am: click here to register
Once you’re registered, to protect your privacy, you will only be able to access appointment bookings. Your account settings will then be updated by the practice within 7 working days of your joining the portal so that you can access the additional patient facilities as and when they become available.
For their safety, the online portal is not available for children and young people under 16 years of age, however, you can book an appointment for a family member using your own portal – as long as they are added as family members in your medical records. For help doing this, please speak to reception.
