What Kind Of Appointment Can I have?
We can provide your appointment in three ways:
1) In Person
You can visit the practice for a face to face appointment at the booked time.
2) Phone Appointment
Have a telephone appointment where the GP/Nurse Practitioner or nurse phones you at the appointment time.
3) Video Appointment
We use a secure and confidential platform to provide your appointment at a designated time. You can use your smart phone, tablet or computer – your device will need access to a microphone and video.
A video appointment means you can discuss your health concerns with your health practitioner in the convenience of your own home or office.
Appointment Information
Appointments are for standard 15 minute consultations. These do not include immunisations, surgical procedures or nurse appointments.
If you feel that you may need longer or have more to discuss, then please book a double appointment.
If you are not a registered patient or you would like a longer appointment you can call us on 09 372 5005, to discuss further.
If your doctor is not available, we will offer you an alternative time or an appointment with one of our other clinicians.
Extended appointments are needed for:
- Insurance medicals
- Pre-employment medicals
- Minor Surgery
- Women’s health consultations
Please discuss this with our reception staff when you make your appointment. There is an additional charge for longer appointments.
Waiting Times
We make an effort to run on time, but unfortunately unexpected emergencies will sometimes cause delays. We will endeavour to let you know if there is any delay.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
