If you have signed up online to the Patient Portal but can’t access your results, please get in touch with us for advice.

- Each patient requires an individual email address to enable access.
- Children under 16 cannot have access to the online Patient Portal.

Meanwhile, our doctors check incoming lab results every day. Results are available after the doctor has reviewed and filed them.
If you have significant abnormal results we will always endeavour to contact you, hence it is important that you keep all contact phone numbers and address up to date.
We are not able to contact everyone regarding all their results, and therefore do not routinely do so if they are normal.
